We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product, and our Return Policy is designed to make this process as smooth as possible.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Condition of Products: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition, including all original packaging, labels, and any accompanying documentation. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are non-returnable:
- Prescription medications
- Opened or used products
- Perishable goods
- Customized or special-order items
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the product. Unauthorized returns without a RAN may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. Processing Returns
- Inspection: Once your returned product is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the status of your return after the inspection.
- Refund or Exchange: If the return is approved, you will be offered a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for the same product. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days, though the time it takes for the credit to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exceptions
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the return of the product and provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
