1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition, along with the original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.
- Return Window: You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable
and non-refundable. This includes:

- Opened or used products
- Perishable items
- Customized or special-order items
- Products marked as "Final Sale"
2. Process for Requesting a Refund

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong product or a defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Processing of Refunds
- Inspection of Returned Products: Once we receive your returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
- Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account statement, depending on your payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
4. Exchanges
- Product Exchanges: We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. 5. Exceptions

- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
